Universal Pack provides sauce packaging machines with the piston pump dosing system. This solution provides flexibility, because it enables the machine to dose sauces with various consistencies and viscosities. Nevertheless, gravimetric and flowmeter dosing systems are still great options for your low-viscosity sauces.
Our machines can dose various products such as chili sauce, dressings, ketchup, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, oil, oyster sauce, pasty sauces, baby food purées, sauces with particles, soy sauce, tabasco, tomato paste with or without chunks, vinegar and wasabi.

Which Formats are Suitable for Packaging Sauces?
Our machines and lines are specifically dedicated to single-dose packages like stick packs and sachets. For example, we can dose from 0.1 up to 100 g of sauces in a single pack, with dimensions that vary according to your marketing goals, nature of the products and production requirements.
In packaging lines for cartoning, our systems allow you to place from 1 to more than 100 sachets or stick packs in the same carton. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Which Laminates are Suitable for Packaging Sauces?
Universal Pack packaging machines for sauces can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene); PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our machines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
