We provide packaging machines for sweets with the piston pump dosing system. This solution enables the machine to dose liquid sweets with various consistencies and viscosities. For low-viscosity blends, gravimetric and flowmeter dosing systems are also suitable options. In addition to these options, we provide specific solutions for the packaging of solid candies and dragees.
Our machines can dose various sweet liquids such as concentrated syrups, food coloring, honey, jam/preserves/marmalade, liquid caramel, liquid chocolate, liquid ice lollies, rice malt, and spread creams.

Which Formats are Suitable for Packaging Sweets?
Our machines and lines are specifically dedicated to single-dose packages like stick packs and sachets. For example, we can dose from 0.1 up to 100 g or ml of sweets liquids in a single pack, whose dimensions vary depending on your marketing goals, product characteristics and production requirements.
In packaging lines for cartons, our systems allow you to place from 1 to more than 100 sachets or stick packs in the same carton. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and place into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Which Laminates are Suitable for Packaging Sweets?
Universal Pack packaging machines for sweets can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene); PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our machines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethene), and more on request.
