We equip our stick pack and sachet machine for pharma tablets with different and specific dosing systems:
- Rotating tilted-plate, with automatic detection rejection of broken tablets;
- Vibrating tablet bowl feeders customized to tablet dimensions;
- Aligner/dispenser, with a dedicated channel for rejecting broken tablets.
Thanks to these dosing systems, our solutions can dose capsules, round tablets and shaped tablets.

Which Formats are Suitable for Packaging Pharmaceutical Tablets?
Our machines and lines are specifically dedicated to single-dose packages like stick packs and sachets. For example, we can dose one or more pharmaceutical tablets in a single sachet, with dimensions that vary according to your marketing goals, product characteristics and production requirements.
In packaging lines for cartoning, our systems allow you to place from 1 to more than 100 sachets in the same carton. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Which Laminates are Suitable for Packaging Pharmaceutical Tablets?
Our machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-ALU-PE (Paper – Aluminum – Polyethylene); PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our machines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (Polypropylene), PLA (Polylactic Acid), PAP (Paper), Bio-PE (Bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
