We provide our pharmaceutical packaging machines for viscous & liquids with gravimetric, flowmeter and piston-pump dosing systems. On one hand, gravimetric and flowmeter dosing systems are suitable options for low-viscosity liquids. On the other hand, the the piston-pump system provides more flexibility, allowing the dosing of non free-flowing pharmaceutical liquids with different viscosities. Therefore, the application of gravimetric, flowmeter or piston pump depends on the composition of the product.

Which Formats are Suitable for Packaging Pharmaceutical Viscous & Liquids?
Our machines and lines are specifically dedicated to single-dose packages like stick packs and sachets. For example, we can dose from 0.1 up to 100 ml of pharmaceutical viscous and liquids in a single pack, with dimensions that vary according to your marketing goals, nature of the products and production requirements.
In packaging lines for cartoning, our systems allow you to place from 1 to more than 100 sachets or stick packs in the same carton. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and places into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.

Our machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-ALU-PE (Paper – Aluminum – Polyethylene); PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials.
