On one hand, gravimetric and flowmeter are the right options for low-viscosity liquids. On the other hand, the piston pump guarantees more flexibility, allowing the dosage of non free-flowing liquids with different viscosities.

Which Formats are Suitable for Packaging Nutraceutical Viscous & Liquids?
Our machines and lines are specifically dedicated to single-dose packages like stick packs and sachets. For example, we can dose from 0.1 up to 100 ml of nutraceutical viscous and liquids in a single pack, with dimensions that vary according toyour marketing goals, nature of the products and production requirements.
In packaging lines for cartoning, our systems allow you to place from 1 to more than 100 sachets or stick packs in the same carton. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
