Formats
Universal Pack packaging lines for stick packs in flat blank cartons are specifically dedicated to insert single-dose packages in ready-to-market cartons. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons, which support high flexibility in count configurations. We can insert the required number of stick packs into cartons in different positions. Our approach focuses on reducing as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Laminates
Universal Pack packaging lines for stick packs in cartons from flat blanks can process typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-PE (paper – polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our lines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
