Universal Pack designs and builds customized stick pack and sachet packaging machines and cartoning lines for chemical tablets. We provide our stick pack and sachet machine for tablets with dedicated dosing and feeding systems:
- Rotating tilted-plate, with automatic detection and rejection of broken tablets;
- Vibrating tablet bowl feeders customized to fit the tablet dimensions precisely the tablet dimensions;
- Aligner/dispenser, with a dedicated channel to reject broken tablets.
Thanks to these dosing systems, our solutions can handle chlorine, insecticide and other chemical products in round or shaped tablet formats.
Moreover, we provide sealing blocks made of titanium and carbon, which enable the packaging of corrosive chemical products.

Which Formats are Suitable for Packaging Chemical Tablets?
Our machines and lines are specifically dedicated to single-dose packages like stick packs and sachets. For example, our systems can dose one or more chemical tablets in a single sachet, with dimensions that vary according to your marketing goals, nature of the products and production requirements.
In packaging lines for cartoning, our systems allow you to place from 1 to more than 100 sachets in the same carton. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Which Laminates are Suitable for Packaging Chemical Tablets?
Our machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-PE (Paper – Polyethylene); PAP-ALU-PE (Paper – Aluminum – Polyethylene); PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our machines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (Polypropylene), PLA (Polylactic Acid), PAP (Paper), Bio-PE (Bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
