Other configurations for your packaging line. Flowpacks, pouches and American boxes solutions according to your needs. Compact, flexible and reliable.
Universal Pack has been designing and building customized automatic packaging lines for sachets and stick packs in flow packs, pouches and American boxes for more than 60 years.
Our primary packaging machine for sachets and stick packs feeds our patented counting and stacking unit, which is highly customizable. The unit then transfers the single-dose packages to the secondary packaging machine.
Our packaging lines are not only suitable for packing sachets and stick packs in cartons, but also for different types of secondary packaging, including:
- flow packs;
- pouches;
- American boxes.
Secondary packaging machines for these solutions can be easily integrated into a Universal Pack packaging line. Each solution is customized according to product and production requirements, combining high output with a compact footprint.
We act as a single supplier of custom-built packaging lines. We design and develop the most suitable solution to integrate the primary packaging machine with the secondary packaging machine, supporting high efficiency across the entire line.
When required, we can also integrate third-party machinery into our packaging lines. This feature further enhances the flexibility of our machines and complete lines.
Our packaging lines are fully integrated and user-friendly. Only one operator is needed to manage the entire line process.
What Our Packaging Lines for Sachets and Stick Packs Include
All packaging lines for single-dose sachets and stick packs designed by Universal Pack include:
- at least one sachet or stick pack packaging machine, configured to produce sachets or stick packs with the required dimensions and doses;
- a counting and stacking unit, designed with multiple customization options according to the required counts, sachet or stick pack position and package transfer;
- a secondary packaging machine, selected according to the required secondary packaging format, such as flow packs, pouches or American boxes.
Sachet and Stick Pack Packaging Machines
Universal Pack designs and builds customized solutions for primary packaging. Our machines can produce a wide range of sachets and stick packs, including specific types such as shaped packages.
Each sachet or stick pack machine can be equipped with the appropriate dosing system according to product and production requirements. Depending on product characteristics, we offer:
- auger and basculating-cup systems for powders and granules;
- gravimetric and flowmeter systems for liquid or semi-liquid products;
- piston pumps for liquid, semi-liquid and viscous products.
In addition, each machine is designed to support high levels of precision, quality and efficiency.
For stick pack machines, Universal Pack’s patented design for inserting and folding sealing film around the forming tubes is one of the features that supports high efficiency and reliability. This is one of the reasons why Universal Pack machines are recognized worldwide.
Patented Counting and Stacking Units
Universal Pack’s patented counting and stacking units are designed to manage different package counts and transfer configurations.
They allow the required number of sachets or stick packs to be grouped, counted and transferred to the secondary packaging machine according to the required format and production layout.
This section can be customized according to package count, package position, transfer requirements and the selected secondary packaging format.
Secondary Packaging Machines
Universal Pack packaging lines can integrate different secondary packaging machines depending on the final package format.
Available configurations include flow pack machines, pouch machines and American box systems.
These solutions are designed to handle sachets and stick packs efficiently, while maintaining a compact layout and a high level of production reliability.
Flow Packs, Pouches and American Boxes

Counting and Stacking unit
Universal Pack patented counting and stacking units are designed to ensure maximum flexibility and full customization. They can handle different counts of sachets or stick packs according to the required final pack configuration, allowing products to be grouped and arranged with precision before secondary packaging.
The entire line can be adapted both to the number of packs to be inserted and to their position inside the final package, ensuring a smooth, efficient and highly versatile packaging process.
Secondary packaging machines
Universal Pack provides customized secondary packaging solutions for sachets and stick packs, depending on the required final format. According to production needs, the line can be integrated with machines for flowpacks, pouches or American boxes.
Flowpack solutions wrap a defined number of packs into a single bundle, while pouch machines manage forming, filling and sealing operations to deliver ready-to-market packs. For larger counts, American box solutions can form and close corrugated boxes containing a higher number of sachets or stick packs.
To meet specific project requirements, Universal Pack can also integrate selected third-party machines into the line, delivering a complete and tailored secondary packaging solution.
