Formats
Universal Pack packaging lines for sachets/stick packs in flowpacks are specifically dedicated to insert single-dose packages in ready-to-market packs. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be inserted into flowpacks, which guarantee total flexibility in counts. We can insert as many sachets/stick packs as you want into flow packs in different positions. Our approach focuses on reducing as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Laminates
Universal Pack packaging lines for sachets/stick packs in flowpacks can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-PE (paper – polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethene) and cold-sealable materials. Our lines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
