Formats
Universal Pack packaging lines for sachets and stick packs in pouches are specifically dedicated to produce ready-to-market pouches containing single-dose packages. We have developed patented counting units that support high flexibility in count configurations. We can insert the required number of sachets or stick packs into the pouches. Our approach focuses on reducing as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Laminates
Universal Pack packaging lines for sachets and stick packs in pouches can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-PE (paper – polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our lines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
Sustainability
Our continuous research in reducing the packaging industry’s carbon footprint resulted in streamlined machinery design for packaging recycled, recyclable and compostable laminates. LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is used to measure the environmental impact of our products and identify optimal ways to reduce it. It is a 360° analysis that goes beyond the mere packaging produced and involves every step of the packaging machinery production process. We develop our solutions in close collaboration with leading global film suppliers and test them in agreement with major multinational companies in order to provide them with a turnkey solution able to produce more sustainable packages.
