These solutions use mechanical forming systems and hot-melt glue for carton forming, and can close cartons using either tuck-in closure or hot-melt glue, offering flexible and versatile secondary packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Types of Packages
Formats
Our machines for flat blank cartons support high flexibility in carton formats. Carton format and dimensions vary according to the number of sachets to be inserted. The machine can insert one or two sachets in smaller cartons (min. 90 x 70 x 35 mm), or 100 or more sachets in larger carton formats (max. 250 x 170 x 120 mm). We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.

Our continuous research in reducing the packaging industry’s carbon footprint resulted in streamlined machinery design for processing recycled, recyclable and compostable laminates. LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is used to measure the environmental impact of our products and identify optimal ways to reduce it.
