We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons, which support high flexibility in count configurations. We can insert the required number of sachets into cartons in different positions. Our approach focuses on reducing as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Laminates
Universal Pack packaging lines for sachets in cartons from flat blank can process typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-PE (paper – polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our lines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
