Formats
Universal Pack packaging lines for sachets in pre-glued cartons are specifically dedicated to insert single-dose packages into ready-to-market cartons. We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and place into cartons, which support high flexibility in count configurations. We can insert the required number of sachets into the cartons in different positions, including on-edge placement and multi-level cartoning. Our approach focuses on reducing as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Laminates
Universal Pack packaging lines for sachets in pre-glued cartons can process typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-PE (paper – polyethylene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethylene terephthalate – aluminum – polyethylene) and cold-sealable materials. Our lines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethylene), and more on request.
