Formats

Our machines for pre-glued cartons support high flexibility in carton formats. Carton format and dimensions vary according to the number of sachets to be inserted. The machine can insert one or two sachets in smaller cartons (min. dimensions: 40 x 20 x 68 mm) or 100 or more sachets in larger carton formats (max. dimensions: 355 x 150 x 150 mm). We have developed patented counting units for any number of packages to be picked and placed into cartons. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.

Sustainability

Our continuous research in reducing the packaging industry’s carbon footprint resulted in streamlined machinery design for packaging recycled, recyclable and compostable laminates. LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is used to measure the environmental impact of our products and identify optimal ways to reduce it. It is a 360° analysis that goes beyond the mere packaging produced and involves every step of the packaging machinery production process. We develop our solutions in close collaboration with leading global film suppliers and test them in collaboration with major multinational companies in order to provide them with a turnkey solution able to produce more sustainable packages.
