Every program is totally customizable and we can reach every corner of the world. Reducing machine downtime is our mantra when planning our services.

Why are maintenance plans important for packaging machines?

The planning and scheduling of ordinary maintenance is essential for maintaining your machine’s efficiency:

  • Planning defines “what to do” and “how to do it”
  • Scheduling defines “who should intervene” and “when”

Universal Pack packaging machines and lines include a built-in verification and warning system, which periodically reminds the User which maintenance interventions are required to keep the machine in perfect working order.

We divide the interventions into “Threshold Levels”:

  • Threshold Level 1: you must perform these actions every 40 working hours;
  • Threshold Level 2: you must perform these actions every 500 working hours;
  • Threshold Level 3: you must perform these actions every 7500 working hours;

Moreover, we design and build every packaging machine for cleaning both without or with disassembling (light or deep cleaning).

On one hand, light cleaning operations are intended to strongly reduce machine downtime, because they require only few minutes. On the other hand, deep cleaning operations guarantee better results, but require more time.

However, the machine can run more working hours until the next cleaning operations.
