Which dosing systems are suitable for packaging powders?
Auger guarantees our customers to dose dry, dusty and powdery, free- and non free-flowing products with high filling accuracy, according to their needs. At the same time, auger is suitable for any product containing components that make them lumpy and sticky. Therefore, it is possible to micrometrically vary the rotational speed and number of turns of the screws. This action allows fast and simple adjustments of the operational parameters.

Formats
Universal Pack pouch machines are suitable for a wide range of doses and packaging styles. For example, we can dose from just few grams up to kilograms of all kinds of powders & granules in a pouch, the dimensions and style of which vary depending on your marketing goals, nature of the products and production requirements.
Laminates
Universal Pack pouch machines for powders can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethene terephthalate – aluminium – polyethene) and cold sealable materials. Our machines can also package sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethene), and more on request.
Sustainability
