This cartoning machine allows you to insert a large quantity of stick packs or sachets into larger cartons. Once the boxes are filled, the cartoning machine automatically transfers them to the exit chain.
How Do Cartoning Machines for American Boxes Work?
American boxes can be automatically erected by the cartoning machine, which transfers them under the exit conveyor of the primary packaging machine. Once the cartons have been filled, the roller conveyor lets the boxes flow through the dynamic checkweigher. If the weight is incorrect, the machine pushes the carton to the reject station, where the operator can retrieve it. By contrast, if the weight is correct, the box flows under the taping machine for closure and then to the encoder for traceability.
