EOL and T&T Module

The end-of-line module expands our secondary packaging range with a fully integrated end-of-line solution. It combines a checkweigher, a print & check system, and a labeling machine for tamper-evident seals and vignettes. Available upon request, the module can be installed after the carton closing machine for both flat-blank and pre-glued carton lines.

Built for Pharmaceutical Applications

The EOL module is divided into three distinct stations:

1. The initial station evaluates carton weights, directing noncompliant cartons to the reject station.
2. Following the weight check, the carton advances to the second station. Here, variable data and Data Matrix are printed, with the camera-based vision system verifying their presence and accuracy. If the data is noncompliant, the carton is sent.
3. The final station incorporates tamper-evident label or vignette applicators. A control system monitors the presence and position of the labels or vignettes, and if discrepancies are detected, the carton is directed to the third reject station.

Each reject station is equipped with sensors to confirm correct rejection and to monitor the reject-bin level.
