In order to tackle this issue Universal Pack has recently expanded its storing capacity, with the addition of several vertical warehouses, speeding up both the spare parts management and shipping. 80 % of the whole spare parts selection is always ready for delivery. All machine components are fully traceable with a special focus on the parts in contact with the product (the complete list and certificates are available to the customer). The customers can also opt for a 3D spare parts software in order to facilitate machine parts identification and easily order the components.
